What is it?
A five-day, guided hiking safari, that has been designed as an immersive, catalytic and transformative journey. A deeply experienced team will ensure that the program gives you exactly the right blend of adventure, physical, spiritual and mental stimulation. To ensure that we are able to serve you, group sizes are limited to a maximum of 9.
These retreats are co-facilitated by led by two deeply experienced and qualified facilitators. The combination of a respected mindfulness teacher and a seasoned executive, counselling and life coach offers you a powerful combination. Each retreat is further accompanied by an additional wilderness guide to help keep you safe, and add lessons about wildlife, conservation and bushcraft.
For private groups bookings, we are able to customize this retreat to include advanced mindfulness and meditation practices, yoga, spiritual explorations, or as women's, or men's only retreats.
What will my days be like?
Each day will start early. Walking through the African bush is easily the most exciting and intimate way to see nature on its own terms. We will hike to a new campsite in the coolness of morning, and you will spend one of the nights sleeping under the magnificent canopy of the southern stars.
Mindfulness practices will include awakening awareness, coping with anxiety and stress, altering perceptions, balancing body and mind, and aversion and attachment. The program includes facilitated group sessions, teachings, and opportunities for silent contemplation. The combination of the intentional process and the wilderness space, will allow you to shift into a state of deepened self-awareness, engage your inherent wisdom and offer powerful insights into your life journey. Collective laughter, shared tears, beautiful sunrises, incredible landscapes, and a chance to meet like-minded people make this a deeply meaningful experience.

What does this transformational journey cost?
This investment in personal development costs ZAR 29,650.00 at 2025 rates. The package includes:

Lodging at the Selati Private Game Reserve for the first night. Lunch, dinner, and breakfast on the arrival day and the following morning, all catered by an external restaurateur.

Access levies for the time spent walking on the reserve, along with reserve support and conservation fees.

Facilitation fees, an additional trails guide, and retreat materials.

Prior departure you will attendant two excellent 90-minute preparation presentations focused separately on the hiking and retreat process elements. All administration fees to delivering the retreats.
