We invite you to join us in the magnificent Greater Kruger National Park, on a 5 day immersive embodied journey, facilitated by some of South Africa's most experienced mindfulness teachers.

MINDFULNESS means paying attention, on purpose, in a particular way and by staying in the present moment. It is practiced non-judgementally, without reaction and open heartedness. It has many research-backed benefits, including including stress and anxiety reduction, increased body awareness, improvements in life satisfaction, emotional regulation and greater focus/ attention.

The programs, focused on your mental fitness, are intentionally set up as a backpacking safari and have been carefully designed to bring you the right blend of adventure, physical challenge, spirit and mental stimulation. You will reconnect and reboot in African wilderness, and leave empowered with new perspectives and mental tools that reduce stress whilst improving your focus, life satisfaction and emotional regulation.

🦋 Mark Joseph has developed our mindfulness programs and is personally facilitating the 17th March and 1st September dates in 2021. He is a partner at Mindful Revolution, a mindfulness teacher with over twenty years of experience in this field and developed South Africa's first teacher training program.
